Solidcam wow what a learning curve looking for paid advice

I've been teaching myself to use solid cam for about 6 months wow what a steep learning curve
I can get most things done but there is always some form of mistake .. Like gouging or the tool over travels the area I want to focus on ..
Is there anyone that can review simulations or process and give direction or advice ?? More than happy to pay
This is the kind of stuff I'm making.

In my opinion solidcam is the most easiest software to learn. There is a bunch of videos for it in YouTube

The you tube vids are good and they got me going but they don't a plain all the setting and I don't understand why I'm getting gouging but it's not visible in the simulation

    Practice makes perfect

Not SolidCAM, but I found a lot of gouging issues came down to how I defined a retract surface and clearances for rapids. Once I got that sorted - and a lot more rigorous about checking it - I was in a happier place.

If you can find a decent simulator that works on the actual posted gcode rather than just the CL output from the CAM and pay attention to it, it also helps you spot a lot of issues before they occur in metal.

No solidcam... Most times you have a dwell mark more then a goug. Leed in and out arcs and angles as mentioned. Another good button to look for would be "pass extension". Helical ramp diam as well.

HSMWorks is the easiest and most intuitive cam I have seen. Even they do not explain this area in good detail. These kinda details are just hard to explain. So many variables and circumstances.

Re: Solidcam wow what a learning curve looking for paid advice

So I think in wire frame mode on the simulation I can see some lines which shouldn't be there so I'm guessing there gouges ..??
Looking at the part the gouge is occurring on the lead in so what should the angle and radius of the lead in be ?? It was at 10degrees and 2mm rad ??
I carnt find any info on how these setting work or are applied ?
    Help anyone
