Post Mazak T32-6 alarm 44 parameter error

I have Multiplex 610 and few days ago the machine had collision because of picking-up next tool offset as 0.
I reinitialized the controlloer then I recieve alarm: 44 Parameter error.
I can transfer tool data, machining condition, chuck data & user parameter but I am not able to transfer machine parameter to the machine.
Even whem I input machine parameter manuually by keypad, there some astric sign as &0000 in some S & SP series parameter which does not allow me to input more than 4 digit number.
Some parameter on my bothe side AC spindle servo controller are deleted and even I can not input those value to the controller because it should be transfer from controller to the unit.
In case if some one had a same problem or has any information to help me, I appreciate it.
    Thank you

These &0000 are called Hexdecimal numbers use to store binary parameters to Base 16 binary digits. you cam really screw things up if you make what might seem like a simple change but you might see a drastick change in the 4 digits in the visble deilf denoting the Compressed Hex <base16>. these parameters are all too often difficult to find because they are usually only referenced within the Ladder of the machine.

    &0001 Sample Hex Addreess

000000000ABCDEFG Long Hand Addess register and as this is broken out to the allowable 16 digits each of which can or could reside within each of the for compressed faces all the time.

counting from right to left &0001 in binary for would be 0000000000000001 WHERE &0010 would be 000000000000010, and &0011 is 0000000000000011,

all of these variables are likely to be saved when you save the PLC and Electrical Ladder of the machine as this is where they reside.

Probable memory damage. Call Mitsubishi for help. Mazak won't have a clue. They are running out of spares on this old control.

Hi, Thank you very much for your valuable information.
How we can find the meaning of any format like what I have in my parameter which before install new system disk the value of parameter S1 was 40992 and after new system was installed and parameter was restored by Micro Floppy unit the value of S1changed to &A020.
why the value of S1 form numbers change to Hexadecimal??? and how we can convert digit to Hexadecimal or vice versa???

40992 can also be a hex number.
40992 hexa will equal 264594 decimal
