hello.
I have just bought second hand hardinge vmc 1000 II cnc machine, but after first powerup it could not move to axis zero positions. there were following errors: 3000-emergency stop; and 510000(and more similar errors).
I have tried restart several times hoping error disappears, but sadly no luck. after pressing "cnc iso" and "diagnostic" i got following errors. please see video https://vid.me/NOZr
can anybody help me with this? are plc files corupted? where can i find backup battery, it may be dead too. where and how can i get them? how much it can cost? there is pcmcia "hard drive" (capacity 8MB)in cnc cabinet from behind the cnc, can it be backup hard drive or nc-plc backups must be in separate external storage like cd, usb etc.?
