    Mill Turn caster wheel replacement

I purchased a demo/tester Mill Turn. As I received it, the caster wheel tires were falling apart. I replace the tires from WWW,sescasters, com. I believe the part number is WPHXKK3.112XXXR8S (A harder tire, phenolic wheel w/ bearing) (x4), reasonable price. I used the original caster and just replaced the tire. I had to spread the fork, of the caster, a tad, to make it fit, but no big deal. It rolls around great.
Apparently, the original wheels are 250 lb. load test, as the Mil Turn is more than 1000 lbs. I would guess that the screw jacks were not used when demoing or testing and the original wheels should work fine if screw jacks are used after placement.
Part #s, per packing slip are WMP03-221 (wheel), BR:1.2-1.38 (bearing), and SP:1.2-1.687 (spanner), but a one line item (x4) order.

FWIW, most caster manufacturers seem to recommend that casters be each sized for at least 1/2 the weight of the machine.

You should have called JT- My machine had one bad caster, and he sent me a full set of 4 upgraded ones with a higher load rating, bigger bearings etc. for free.
