this one " IT WILL ALSO ZERO OUT 1ST AND 2ND LEVELS IF BASE IS ZERO " ... this is the perfectionist style for the pure art and soul of metal cutting

Thank you guys a lot for your tips I still have issue with my PLC (I suppose it is). And even my Okuma system doesn't have any pages about "TLM" (it should). But anyway - I need to fix it and I'll be in touch. Thank you again

Check the SPEC code for the machine to see if the option is turned On or not. It will also be written down on the Management Data Card that should be in your electrical cabinet. There is a chart that shows all of your available options and which ones are on your machine.

If it is off, you will need to order the option from Okuma which will require a software update.

    Best regards,

I used Tool life and tool monitoring on an E100l, if your creative, you will find many uses, recording cutting time on tools is helpful regardless of production or prototype, and load monitoring will save your ass on 5000 pc or onesie/twosie runs. Tailor it to your needs, its very flexible. Love Okuma

i don't use TLM or LOAD MONITOR too much because it takes too long to set up ... i try to keep the operators away from drinking, so to be sharp / let's say i preffer operators that feel the machine ... this is more sensitive

also, on 10% or 90% efforts, load monitor is not so good, because its out of machine spectre so to say ...
