need help to pick cnc machine for my needs

i'm wanting to start a side business making wooden objects and selling them, i need to cut out parts of pine 6"x1"x3/4" deep for example and an inner triangle cutout from another piece of wood, until now I've been thinking of buying a sliding mitre saw, a scroll saw, a drill press, etc.. but yesterday was thinking I could do most of the wood cutting with a cnc machine and it would be safer than a scroll saw.. my question is, which wood cutting cnc machine do you suggest that is ready to go (pre-assembled, not a kit) for 1000$ or less?

forgot to mention my biggest piece of wood for this project is the base where I will glue the other pieces onto, base size is 6"x9"x3/4" deep

    Hi Sir,

According to your description, you at least need to pay $6000 for your project.

It sounds like you'd be better off cutting these parts with a saw. Definitely those pine pieces and the base would be much faster to make with a table saw. A sliding miter saw might be best for the triangles, unless you're talking about cutting a triangle out of the inside of a piece of wood - that would be something you might use a CNC router for, although if that's all you're doing a regular plunge router used with a template would work just as well - or maybe better than the sub-$1000 CNC machines you're considering. For $1000, you should be able to get a fairly decent table saw, a plunge router, and a drill press, maybe a scroll saw as well.

There are very few machines available in your price range, except for maybe the chinese ones on Ebay. And with those, don't be surprised if you need to replace the electronics when they go up in smoke.

And don't forget to add in the cost of software.

I could do most of the wood cutting with a cnc machine and it would be safer than a scroll saw
A scroll saw is probably the safest woodworking tool you can use.

The only thing I can think of here would be a Shapeoko or similar.
