Hey guys,

I goofed and I can't turn it back on. I wanted to to turn off REPT RIG TAP parameter for rigid tapping but turned off RIDIG TAP itself and I can't turn RIGID TAP parameter back to 1, it is stuck on 0. I have parameter lock off, servos are off and it still will not take "1 enter". It doesn't say anything for an error it just stays 0. I can change other parameters and change them back but not rigid tap. Now my rigid tap doesn't work. I don't get it

any help would be great. I am in the middle of a production run and now dead in my tracks since I don't have a compression decompression tapping head.

Parameter lock? Turn setting 7 to off (e-stop) will need to be pressed, then try that. Remember to turn setting 7 back to on.

If you are entering "1" and it does not work, try the arrow key to see if it will toggle between 0 and 1

You will need to enter an unlock code to enable this parameter. If there is a binder with a hard copy of the parameters, it should be listed at the top. If not, call your local HFO and they can get it for you.

Thanks for the input guys. I have tried those options but it will not take the "1 enter" it just stays at 0. I called Haas since I do not have a hard copy of the parameters and I am awaiting a call back. It sounds like I will need to have an unlock code to reactivate it.
