Z-Axis servo error, Y-Axis servo error, X-Axis servo error.
All at once. Checked the axis drive cards, no lights.
Power supply bad. Easy fix, right?
Machine is a 97. First ones after the change from the 160 volt spindle drives to the 320 Volt Vector Drive.
The servo distribution power supply is rated for an input voltage between 100-240 volts. And run at that over voltage, a tech told me that they blow like popcorn.
The supply is $85.00 from the manufacturer and $300 from Haas.
Except, it's been superceeded by a retrofit that replaces the PCB power supply and the servo distribution power supply. For $900.00.

Replacement? Ready?
$45.00 ATx power supply from any computer store.
Plug it into the 120 volt supply, and you need only the +12 and -12 volt outputs. Make sure you have at least .5Amp on the -12 leg, and do NOT buy a cheap power supply, or your axis will move like they are full of gravel.

Took me a while to figure out what was really required, Haas was near no help. But it works well, and is stable.
