    V28 mystery movements

    Would someone mind posting this code and running through back plot? My level of Predator must not have that or something because I'm not seeing it. Anyway, the toolpath looks fine, simulation looks fine but when I run the part I am getting movements that should not be there and now I have a flawed part. I attached a pic of the part so maybe you can see what's going on. Just the feature labeled 1" BEND DIE. I have also been dealing with DNC glitches on my Fadal so maybe that has something to do with it?

    Pretty frustrated right now.

    So, because of my DNC problems I was trying NCFadal for sending programs to the machine instead of Predator. I switched back to Predator and finished this part with no more issues. The problem couldn't really be related to the G-code because it cropped up in different places on different attempts so I'm back to fighting communication bugs.
