    ID Groove toolpath with 45 DEG

    Hi everyone,

    Does anyone can help me to create toolpath for the ID groove with 45 DEG.

    I attached the pic and Gibb file

    Issues were numerous. The groove tool will have to be a special Iscar or Manchester groover. The RPMs are off the charts. When ever you are using roughing operations you must have rough stock defined. You also were defining Xr stock, Z stock Finish stock all at the same time. Just use finish stock for now. So compare the operations one by one and note the differences. Also compare the tools I defined with your original ones.
