hi guys.please help me.i have one cnc machine with fanuc 18 mb controler.
the problem is it : pmc soft key is not active.when i press the system keys; pmc soft key not shown.please please help me.

sorry, may i confirm your problem?
a. PMC softkey stills show up on [SYSTEM] group.
When you push [System] => [PMC] ==> only PMC Diagnosis screen shows up
b. PMC softkey not exists in [SYSTEM] group.

for case a
Is that a Makino machine?
With Makino machines, they used dedicated CNC software from Fanuc, different type of PMC controller
for example, Makino machine BN8-85A10 (Fanuc 16MA), which uses PMC BIT controller: only PMC diagnosis is shown, no screen for PMC parameters, PMC ladder.

for case b => i have no information, hope that other guys can help you
