    Hello,
I am getting a shadow effect with the laser. I have checked ,cleaned and adjusted the mirrors. Any ideas?

Here is a photo of my problem, which I've discovered is most likely the cause of a mirror needing adjustment.

I've fiddled with the mirror on the laser head and managed to get more aligned cut. Probably worth a try for you?

Am trying to work out the best way to optimise this alignment. If anyone has any hints, it would be greatly appreciated!

Looks like your beam may be hitting the sides of your air assist before exiting. Make sure the beam is centered really well.
