[Hack]

I am in need of 1 piece of the part shown below. I believe I have included enough info in the drawing for quoting purposes, but obviously more dimensions will be needed for manufacturing. If I am wrong, I will detail the hole locations better. Obviously I will provide the winning bidder will all dimensions needed.

Material to be 6061 aluminum - 3/4" thick. Mill finish is acceptable. Small holes drilled and counterbored, large hole and counterbore can be milled, no boring required. +/- .010" tolerances would be acceptable.

I assume the 8" dim and thickness are not +- .01? Sometimes stock dimensions deviate slightly from that. If this needs to be fairly flat on one side you might want to call that out, although rolled aluminum is typically pretty good.

W.M.S. - your assumptions are correct. Standard bar stock is sufficient no machining on thickness needed.

Just to keep everyone up to date, I have found someone to make this part. Thank you for everyones quote and interest. FYI, the prices ranged from 15.00 (seriously :tired: to $275.00. I did not go with the low person as it was overseas and I wanted to stay in the US.
