    Sinumerik 810D with ShopMill V6.4 getting alarm 16762

    Greetings,

    I'm trying to help troubleshoot a problem that a customer is having with his Sinumerik 810D system running the ShopMill software. He's currently getting the alarm 16762 (channel 1 block SC/c1 spindle thread funciton is active). He's trying to run the tapping function feature for his spindle through the simulation, but it keeps giving that alarm. He's saying that there's nothing wrong with the parts program and believes that the tapping function is disabled. Is there a Machine Data # that enables or disables the tapping function feature?

    Here is a screenshot of the program. How would the thread cutting function be deselected and then set to tapping?
