Visited Beijing Reci Laser Technology Co., Ltd.

On August 18th 2015, King Chen, General Manager of Thunder Laser visited Beijing Reci Laser Technology Co., Ltd. along with the staff.

Reci General Manager Miss Lu show us around the laser tubes producing line and shared with King Chen about their great changes in technology and the market feedback, which enable us to have an idea of Reci’s developing direction and technology update.

Accompanied by Miss Lu, we visited the hardware and milling workshop, tube firing workshop, lens coating workshop, SMD encapsulation workshop and tube inflating workshop. According to Miss Lu, after factory relocation upgrade last year, Reci has established the good production management system, basically achieved the producing line transformation, and had stable and skilled technician team.

Miss Lu presented the data analysis of producing and sale since March, to prove that the Third Generation of Reci’s production processes and technologies had been quite stable. It’s attributed to accumulation and precipitation of many years by the board chairman Xu Haijun and Reci’s R&D team. Therefore, products of the second generation (metal adjusting tubes) are gradually withdrawn from the market. And Reci will focus on producing metal and glass seamless welding laser tube of the third generation.

Reci’s development course testify the saying “Science and technology are the primary productive force”.

Thunder Laser system EMC test by SGS
As the world’s leading inspection, verification, testing and certification company, SGS visited our company to make an EMC safety test on Thunder Laser new system on July 25th, 2015.

In order to promote the CE testing process, Our technical manager Tom and other engineers team prepared a temporary laboratory in our factory to test the anti-interference performance, laser working radiation index, internal AC transmission index. Finally and successfully, Thunder Laser system passed these three rigorous tests by SGS.

This EMC testing is of great importance to Thunder Laser, it means that our machine is completely meet international safety standards in EMC performance. Every Thunder Laser machine must pass our strict quality control process before being shipped to our customer, since we always insist that good quality is the most important for doing long term business.Attachment 298164

Thunderlaser two-day trip to Taishan
In order to enrich amateur life, further enhance the communication and cooperation among all departments, and increase the company’s collective cohesion, Thunder Laser organized a two-day trip to Taishan on June 13 and June 14, which cheered up all staff. Both General Manager King Chen and Vise General Manager Ken Chen participate in the trip.

Taking the bus full of joy, we came to the first leg of the journey, the Xiachuan Island. Xiachuan Island also known as Wangfu island, is one of the four most seductive resort islands of Guangdong Province. We were enchanted in the charming scenery of the island and got closer to each other during the happy time.Attachment 298272Attachment 298274With great joy, we came to the Mei Family Compound and Fuyue Village. Mei Family Compound is the place where the 2010 New Year blockbuster “let the bullets fly” shot. Walking through the remaining architectures, we were impressed by the grand history, and felt like to experience Chinese culture temperament and verve of that time.The two-day trip came to a happy ending. It will always be a great memory. Meanwhile, we need prepare the next round of work. We resolve to throw ourselves into work with more energy and higher enthusiasm.

Visit Nantong Bill Laser Co., Ltd.
On May 30th2015, King Chen, the General Manager of Thunder Laser visited Nantong Bill Laser and received warm welcome there.

As a proficient manufacturer, Bill Laser has manufacture experience of over 10 years. Their main products are laser tubes, laser systems and laser power supply.

Accompanied by engineer of Bill Laser Mr. Cui, General Manager of Thunder Laser King Chen visited the laser tube firing workshop and packing workshop. They had good communication with each other by sharing the ideas of laser tube manufacture and application innovation. King Chen brought forward thatif the manufacture process of laser tube can make more improvements or innovation,it will facilitate the manufacture of laser system. For the laser tube is crucial for overall effectiveness of a laser system.

Visit RuiDa Technology (Shenzhen) Co., LTD
On June 3rd 2015, General Manager of Thunder Laser King Chen went to Shenzhen along with the staff and visited RuiDa Technology (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd.

RuiDa Technology (Shenzhen) Co., LTDis a company committed to the development and serviceof motion control, machine vision, sensor and automatic core parts, providing customers withcost-effective products and services from simple application to complex application.

Accompanied by general manager of the RD Technology Mr. Xiao, we visited the aging workshop, and their latest developed nonmetal servo system. Meanwhile, our technical manager Tomdeeply discussed with Ruida General Manager Mr. Xiao about the nonmetal servo system.Besides, we made a profound communication on market development potential of laser cutting machine. Market of laser cutting machine are in development, there are many opportunities waiting for us to dig, of course, there are some risks. In addition to seize the market, Mr. Xiao also put forward some valuable opinions on our software optimization, which is of great help to the development of our company in the future.

After visiting the RDTechnology, we both sides signed the relevant cooperationagreement, which will be conducive to realize win-win situation.
