I Have a Kia 4NE II 600 (same as Hitachi Seiki) with a 10TF control and I have recently replaced the solenoid valve that actuates the tail stock. The valve was replaced due to hydraulic issues not electrical. After installing and prior to connecting, I checked the wiring and voltage. Each lead, forward and retract, have 107Vac at the same time. I have cycled the switch for forward and retract and each lead still has 107Vac both sides. I am not sure if this is normal in the logic and the final connection has to be made or if there is a problem in the ladder logic/controls that is sending voltage to both sides?? I do not want to burn a new valve trying and hope someone out there may have an answer.
