Hello guys, i have a fanuc 18i based mill. Yesterday the display turned off during a milling process and it won`t turn on. On the board when pushing the power on button the 4 red and green led flash one time and then go off . When i first removed the cover i noticed that both cooling fans were stuck and after cleaning started working again. Now the only working parts on the board are the cooling fans, no led . I would be grateful if someone could share some information , my first thought was the power supply.

Is this a stand alone unit, or is the main board behind the screen?
If the fans are running, that means you have 24V to the main board, if no LED's, bad main board most likely.

It could be several different things, none are cheap, especially if Fanuc has to come in.
Do you have a recent back up of your parameters, programs etc? Be very careful; don't do anything until you have a back up.(it may be too late already).
