    Tapping problem with Rhinocam

I generated the following G code with Rhinocam 1.0. I am using a Procuiner tapping head so I need the tap to go down then right back up again with no dwell. On Rhinocam I unchecked the box for dwell, but for some reason the machine is giving me a few second dwell at the bottom of the hole. Not sure if Rhinocam is just giving me bad G code or if it is something with Mach on the machine. Also, I have the engage feed at 12.5 and the retract feed at 25 in the speed and feed in Rhinocam since the head needs to retract at twice the feed, but I don't see where the G code ever goes to 25 on the retract. Ccould someone tell me what is going on here?

I don't see anything in your code that's calling for a dwell at the bottom of the hole (that would be a "P" command). Have you tried calling Mecsoft's tech support for help with this issue? That's really one of RhinoCAM's great advantages - free, knowledgeable and effective tech support by phone or through your computer. I'm sure Uday will get this resolved for you quickly.

I have not called them yet. It was late last night and I figured I would give here a shot first.

Brings up one of the issues that has always bugged me with RhinoCam is the dongle. I don't like carrying around a $1,000 dongle in my pocket so during the day when I am at work I don't have access to the program to call for support.
