    i tryed ewerything what did you askd me to try. nothing helped... and i posted you back!

    i think that must be something in the wiriing to drivers. becouse i realy tried ewerything...

    or if i hawe something in mach3 setup wrong....
    what other thing coud be??

    It will be necessary to run tests to try to isolate the problem.

    Have you ruled out mechanical problems, such as the pulley slipping? Do you have a photo of the machine?

    Measure zero position with a dial gage. Move the y axis back and forth 100 times at the maximum speed. Does it return to zero?
