    cnc moving in negative cordinates

Hello, is it normal that a machine moves in native cordinates? When I move the machine forward the DRO's read a negative number instead of positive is there anyway of fixing this so when I move forward its positive? I really apreciate this, thanks.

No switch it till the axis is reading correctly. Z negative should be going down . Switch hit up if the numbers are getting bigger if you are going down in z
