I've been using rhino for quite some time but sometimes I still can not figure it out. If I draw a part in a layer and decide to to reassign to a different layer how do I do it?. If I go to the layer button and bring up the layer menu I still can not get it to move to a different layer. I know it can be done but I'm not getting it. Any help out there.

This process does not work?
1) Select all of the objects you wish to Change Layers.
2) In the Layers Tab; position your mouse over the layer you wish to move to and Right-Click.
3) A menu pops-up; select 'Change Object Layer'

Or use the ChangeLayer command.

Or use the Properties pane.

I select the object for the new layer and use the "copytolayer" command, type it in the command line, then select the layer or click the new layer box.
