Im developing a plasma machine I have the chassis and I found some controller but im not sure. I want to the the Chinese brand Adtech 6500 for plasma cutting and I was wandering if some one is using here on the forum . I need a suggestion from the older users there is a manufacture that can supply a controller , software and nesting all in same package> I use solidworks for 2d and I have a HVSworks for creating tool path its this good for plasma? Or I need a different plug-in ? I sow that HSMworks have a machine connection on COM1 I can control the machine directly from solidworks??

Adtech controllers may be good for your application but I suggest that you study the controller you intend to buy before doing it, so you can make sure it has all the functionality you need. Adtech support is bad: the technical support people do not speak that much english and trying to communicate with them is hard.
