OK - got Arrow 500 up and running - how do we set the tools?

Can someone please explain to us how to go about setting our "z" offset and then how to set the tool offsets? I would really like to run a job on this thing tomorrow.

Ok - we got the tools set and we were able to kind of make our way through a program in the RAP. How do we get a program from our CAM? We are getting a "invalid ID". Is there some special name or ID to give the program?

There is no special name or id to give the program. If the program is to large u can use programs->transfer programin->advanced->run without loading. Dont use special characters in program name.

How big is the program?? Try a small one. What CAM software are you using??
