I checked with FSWizard Pro on my phone, and since I don't know what kind of aluminium you have, I just put in 6061-T6 and it gave me a speed of 1800mm/min with a 5mm HSS jobber twist drill (which I believe is the normal type drill bit) for 12000RPM.
