    Tormach 1100 Moving Kit Needed

OK all, I'm moving an 1100 from Indianapolis to Des Moines IA. Who along that route or close by has an 1100 moving kit they used that they no longer need. I want to buy one. PM me. Thanks.

Well I wont suggest you just use a piece of angle iron as I do - see pic. In case you get it wrong and it squashes you.... and then I will feel real bad.

I bought the leveling bar from Harbor Freight. With a 20% coupon, I think I paid $30. It worked.

Of course, once I also bought the chain, shackles, and D-rings I needed (none from Harbor Freight), I probably had as much money into it as the Tormach kit....

But it was more universally useful, as I also used it to pickup a lathe...

Hey, great to have you in Iowa! I live about an hour north of Des Moines, you could always use mine if needed.
