Fadal VMC 2216 HT 15HP Rigid Tapping, W/10k RPM Spindle, Box Way.
This VMC has been meticulously gone through, system by system. These are just some of the new parts we have installed: Metric Ballscrews and thrust bearings for all Axis for 700 IPM Rapids, Remanufactured AC Motors, Power and logic cables, New Turcite installed on table, saddle, Gibs and straps, 21 Tool ATC fully remanufactured, Pozi Drive Belts, chains and sprockets, hydraulic system completely over hauled, Piston Plate, Drawbar Springs, the lube system has been upgraded and completely overhauled.

Machine Upgrades: LED interior lighting, New LCD 12" Monitor, all DC Motors have been replaced and upgraded to the more efficient, accurate and reliable AC motors.

The Exterior: Panels have all been professionally painted, with new decals and badging. A thorough examination of every part insures it's been replaced or refurbished, to adhere to our strict tolerances. All combined to make this remanufactured machine perform and operate like new or better.
