    Chinese 40 w machine faulty ?

I have one of thes which ha suddenly dropped in power.
replacing the tube and realining the mirrors has had no effect.
i suspect the psu or control circuitry to be faulty.

are there any known problems with these please ?

what is my best course of action ?

    Hi,
Yes, just as herby said, please give us more info about the machine. Also is there any signal light on the psu? That will be helpful to find out the problem.

in your software when you edit the color if the cut is the min power set low If I set mine at 30% on the minimum power and try to cut at below 5 mm at 85% power it shows that I am only cutting at 30% according to my meter. When I bump the minimum power up to 85% it cuts correctly. I added the meter to keep track of the power. hope this makes sense
