40K laser slow to engrave. HELP!

Do a simple name with a little text and the laser starts to print (?) quickly. Now with 121 names plus a header, she takes forever to upload...after 10 minutes...still nothing. I do remember hearing a bell or beep sound. Is there a solution to this problem? Could onboard memory be the problem? HELP!

    hi there
format the machine memory this will eliminate any remains sometimes there are bits and pieces left in the memory and block this section.
it also could be a faulty memory chip.
depending on the design check how big the file is if it is over or close to 100mB then it will take a longer time or would not load completely .

Hi. Same machine here arrived approx 10 days ago. Still finding my way around it but the 'beep' sound you heard tells you there is something not correct with the settings. i.e outside of engraving area for instance. If you look in the little control panel on the machine, the beep is followed by a message in the panel telling you what the problem is.

Please see link above. Don't know how to format memory in machine other than turning it off then back on and no page of text will be over 10MB. Tried it again today with no results.

When it beeps check what it says on the monitor in the control panel on the machine. Pretty sure the last two names are outside of the print/scan area, hence why it wirks when you remove them.

    hi there
I did not recognize that you have the Rdcam. ok it looks to me that the page is outside of the printing area try to turn the page 90 degree and see whats happen.
it has nothing to do with the memory its just that the page or something on this page is outside the engraving area.
    greetings waltfl
