Post Can not clear E-Stop Alarm Okuma

    Hi folks.

i am having issues with the e-stop alarm. The machine was working normally a few days ago, but someone has activated the emergency button and then turned off the machine.
The machine was turned off 4 days until i wanted to use it, so i put the Emergency Stop button to its normal position, then i pushed control ON and then EC Reset. Normally with those steps the machine worked, but now i did that steps and now is not working and throws the following alarms:
    1- 1700 Alarm A Emergency stop button
    2- 4204 Alarm D NC control stop 1

its making me crazy, i dont have any idea why is this happening and i seek information on internet and okuma, but i did not see any documentation that could help me.

    hope someone can help me.
    regards.

What type of controler? What model? Mill or lathe? If lathe is there a bar feeder? Are there any other estop buttons that have been tripped that you didnt know about like on a chip conveyor or barloader?

The very very very first thing I check in those situations is the E-Stop button itself. When the machine works fine, then someone presses the red button and it does not work anymore - 99 times out of 100 the button is the problem.
