Well, the bad news is that I've inherited a 54" Bridgeport with a DRO and XY power feeds...

And the ends of the scale for the DRO covers both coolant holes in the table.

I _like_ coolant. Just the idea of having a cool tool makes me feel like I can work so much faster. I even run coolant on my little benchtop mill, which is now going to get disassembled and have motors bolted onto various places.

There are holes in the Bridgeport's table for where the coolant used to be able to exit (and, I would assume, still can, which seems to me to be a possible Bad Thing) - I figure I'm going to have to gently pound in a couple of rubber stoppers.

Can I put a new hole? If so, where?
