Can you use a T100M machine torch with a Powermax 1250 plug and play without changing any of the connector's pinout? The hand torch wire colours and pins are in a different configuration but don't know if it's suppose to be that way??

Yes, the T100M (machine torch) is essentially the same torch as the T80M. You can use the T100 on Powermax 1650, 1250 and 1000 models. Consumable life and cut quality will be identical as using the T80 torch.
