Ok, here is the config.xml from Mach3. Everything step low active and dir low active is set to red 'X' and the step width (Motor Tuning) is set to 5us.
Please change the file's extension to .xml to view it better.

Hi guys, finally Marcus Freimanis told me the following:
"The G203V should be ACTIVE HIGH, so there should be a red X on the settings in Mach3.".
So my setting is correctly set to red 'X'
