    SERVO ENCODER

I have a Baldor DC Brushed Servo with built in Encoder. I just want to use ABZ but the spec sheet doesn't show the separate channels any ideas

You just use the 3 main ABZ strange it does not show which is the /A /B /C complements?

Put a call into Baldor and was told that pins D, E & G are the mains for encoder

    Re: SERVO ENCODER

Actually you can use either, they are essentially both the same, one just an inversion of the other, as long as you use all three of one type.

    Thanks Al for your help,
the tech was shocked that it didn't show the channels also.

Is there a way to figure out which is which channel if info is not available?

    Thanks again for your help
