    More Explanations Needed

For Mach 3 spindle control. I have these components.
    My spindle is a Chinese 300W 12-48 VDC, 3000-12000 r.p.m. motor with its own separate power supply, 4 A ,360W, 110VAC,
    and speed knob( transfer rate 12A=3000, 24V=6000, 36V=9000, 48V= 12000 r.p.m.'s).
I use a cnc4pc model Mini Power Supply, a C-10 B.O.B. which indicates I can use their C-37 Relay board for spindle control.
The documentation shows typical wiring scenarios using these components., but it does not indicate is the use of, or non use of
a; an on and off switch for the power supply itself,
b; or the use or non use of the speed adjustment potentiometer.
With these things in mind does; Mach 3 turn on the spindles power supply thereby powering up the spindle motor for use
and does is also regulate the spindle speed or r.p.m. as there is no provision for a speedometer?.
And finally, how the hell would I wire it up using those components??
The motor controls are GECKO 201's with H.D. 253 oz. 3A 3V 9 Degree Stepper motors.
