    Help with breakboard and drivers

    Hello,
i'm whant to make a low cost CNC router, but i have some problems...
So here I go, I use these :

    1. Break board- USB LPT Mach3 CNC 6 Axis Stepper Motor Controller Manual Control Box CNC Kit bought from ebay

The manual of the board is here

    2. Driver- TB6560 3A Driver Board link here

    3. power supply : 24V / 3.2A RS-75-24 AC-DC

    4. I use 2X Nema 23 and 1 x nema 17.

Now, i have the next problem, i've conected the board and driver like this:

    Boad ----- Driver'

    COM ----- GND, CW-, CLK-
    DIR ------- CW+
    CP ----------- CLK+

I have installed the mach 3 and file from the cd like in the manual and set the ports and pins like there.
When i plug the board to the usb it lights up and when power is aplied to the drivers the motor get's "Locked" i cant spin the axel of the motor by hand.
I tried to jog from mach3 and remote of the board but nothing...

if i revers the stteper wires B- with B+ between them the stteper starts to spin by himself...

    what should i do?

We get tired of being tech support for the suppliers of those horrible TB6560 drivers. Please search the site for the thousands of posts of what is wrong with them, how to fix it (spending more time than you would building a driver from a kit) and learning to do surface mount repair. Or.... Buy a good driver.

Re: Help with breakboard and drivers

    found the problem...
the board has the Com pozitive and DIR, CP Negativ... that was the problem...
Now i can control the stepper, but with new problems...

When i press > the stepper spins a bit then stops... to spin the motor i need to press > intermitent... or it stops and makes a noise.
If i conect a coil ends together and one coil to the driver it spins continuesly without stopping.

Can You help me with this problem?
