Power supply - Ddi I kill it?

Was tuning motors "A" slaved to "X" and the gantry stalled on one side ("A" side kept moving) I restarted and all started moving again all of a sudden I noticed a small bit of smoke from the power supply. I shut it down and restarted and now the power supply light blinks and beeps about every 4-5 seconds and no power to the drives. Clearly I did something wrong but not sure what Did I kill the power supply?

What brand of power supply? Did you investigate where the smoke came from? Any visual signs of burned components?
In my opinion, you most likely cooked it, but possibly only a small replaceable component.
