Haas Mill Stop No Alarm Spindle running

    1998 Haas VF0
The mill just sits there no alarm no movement ?? I try'ed single blocking through the program to see if i could spot the error, but it single blocks through it perfectly doesn't stop, alarm or fault just keeps moving...
I did notice if i run the program after comp has passed on single block it runs fine, so i thought that might have been an issue and made my lead in larger.. and then noticed that it stops on the the first G3 line..

I tried running the same program but machining out several 3/8 dowel holes and it runs perfect... but the minute i try to machine this odd hole ( .440" ) 11.176mm it just stops and refuses to continue..

here is the Gcode if anybody can help me it would be appreciated!

Depending on your cutter size, when using cutter comp, you have to do a linear move at least the dia of the cutter, if you can't do this then you can not use cutter comp, if you don't need to use cutter comp turn it off in your Cam software before you post it, then you won't have this problem

    I am programing in metric

Im using wear compensation though so it really shouldnt matter :S!

"the beauty of wear comp is your lead in and out doesn't have to be close to your diam of the cutter, your cam software adjusts for your cutter diam. and the control thinks the tools diam is 0 .. so you can interpulate a .260" ( 6.6mm) bore with a 1/4 (6.35mm) cutter with a lead in / out of .002" (.05mm) with compensation....."

.... On a new note that second gcode i posted i had my Feed override turned off .... simply stupid... got so whined up over the first issue that i simply just didnt notice .... I'm still stumped on my first issue though

Is it actually cutting lines 9/10, or is it just saying that's where the error is? (Readahead may report an error on a line you have not gotten to yet.)

Is there a value in any of the 'distance to go' values? May help to nail down the culprit.
