Syntec controller started crashing tools into ATC

Hi, for a few months our 8 tool linear ATC has been working fine.

As of yesterday and two broken holders later, the Syntec controller thinks the tools are 4mm lower than they actually are.

I've asked the manufacturer for a solution but if anyone has an idea why it would loose 4 mm, It would be greatly appreciated.

    Thanks,
    David

    Dear Parlon,

Have you solved your problem yet?

Generally, the machine will be strictly tested before delivery. What happened to your machine?

We'd love to help.My email is [email protected]

    Best!

Appear this problem , I think have two reason :1) z axis mechnical origin change ( Z axis sensor place change ). 2) Z axis have clearance . check way : you can back to Z aixs mechnical origin many times , each time make a sign , check if is the same place , if not the same place , explain z aix have clearance . and also check z axis if have other parts loose .
slove way :you need again set up tool holder magazine coordinates . set way : 1.first put the tool holder to tool magazine with spindle 2.when tool holder put into the tool magazine , choose MDI---F4 Monitor 3.press find F3 MDI INPUT , input G991T1, then press START green button , T1 tool magazine coordinates set ok , like this , in turn set T2 T3 T4 T5 T6 T7 T8 . then you can test the machine with working .
