    Looking for a faster cut

My material is a Beech 1.25" thick seat. I am currently taking .325 passes with a 7/16 2 Flute straight cutter.at approx 300ipm with a spindle speed of 14k RPM. This beech comes out extremely smooth in most places and just a tad rough against the grain. I have about 8,000 to run over the next few months and am looking for a better feed rate. I have tried up and down cuts but I tend to get a little blow out on edges with spiral bits. If you have any ideas on a better setup, please feel free to comment. I am looking for any ideas you might have. I have tried cleanup passes but the seats will be sanded on the sides regardless so I am just looking for a faster rate to cut these without blowout. I cannot get the video to post but I doubt its really needed.

Use a compression spiral bit and make sure the first cut is deeper then the upcut section of the tool.
