That's a standard chopper whistle. Reduce the current setting. Oh, and get rid of that pile of junk 6560; it WILL fail on you eventually.

You can use only one stepper motor per driver. But you can use whatever size you like. If you have a driver board with 4 drivers on it, you can use different motors, one per driver, but different sizes on each driver on the board.
But it's a REALLY bad idea to buy a board with several drivers on it. What do you do if you fry ONE of the drivers? You have to replace the entire board. Buy single drivers.

Thank you for the recommendations. I purchased four of the same NEMA 23 step motor, and now look forward to 24 volt power supply. but in hindsight I could really buy a single drivers. Thank you again for your advice. if I get a power supply, it will give you the results. BR
