    Gray Command Manager Toolbar??

    I am new CAMWorks and attempting to create tool paths. I am using the 2014 version of CAMWorks and made the basic drawing in Solidworks. The stock, machine and tool crib are all indicated, but the Command Manager Toolbar is gray'd out, see screenshot. I have verified and refreshed the license for the programs, but I'm stuck. Any ideas at this point would be greatly appreciated.
