we need parts quick !!!!!!!!
from large;
car headliners vacuum formed out of ABS? plastics other or tooling
roof skin tooling, maybe 40lb tooling board?
small parts;
mechanism for our t tops latches pivots stand offs etc.
mucket molds and/or rubber parts
need quick turn around asap

Two weeks is a pretty tall order but I would not want to dismiss it without first seeing the parts.
We may be able to assist you with your large thermoformed tooling needs. Other things too but probably not in that time frame.
Please send us your data and requirements and we'll see what we might be able to assist you with.

here is a rendering of the not quite final part and a PDF
the tool will we about 59*54*9"'s
we need the tool cut in half, the tool can be mdf tooling board etc. etc...
to fit our 4X8 vacuum table

we also need a tool made for molding composites parts over/in
this will be a replacement roof skin
please use tooling board 40 lbs or greater in density;
that way we can pop out a few good first products?
and a part for producing an in house mold?
attached is a rendering of the proposed product and a PDF
the final tool should be about 58"x 50"x 5"s
we may make it female mould instead of a plug as to save some time
all these parts are needed ASAP
