Getting the post to add 20 to the cutter comp offset

I've searched the posts here and looked through the information I could find from Bobcad and couldn't find out how to get the post to add 20 to the d-offset. I have a 18 tool changer and I add 20 to whatever tool number is in the spindle. I know this should be easy but it isn't obvious, at least to me. Any help would be appreciated.

After I posted The Engine Guy in the first thread in the similar threads answered my question.......267. Amount to add to tool # for tool register value? 20
