Hello everyone, I need your help, I have a CNC3040 (chinese model to understand) connected to a desktop PC with installed mach3, until a few days ago everything worked then format pc to clean it a little the next time you reinstall it happens that during the machining feed rate low (less than 1000 mm / min approximately) the machine by making circular parts stutters as if it was programmed to work in Exact Stop mode, the problem is aggravated if I go to a lot of feedrate override and the car vibrates a lot.
All this does not happen if I set the feed from 1000mm / min up.
I do not know if the problem is the machine or is it a set of Mach 3.

It sounds like some of the setting in Mach3 may have been corrupted. Did you save the XML file under a new name and direct Mach3 to use that profile when it starts? If so, and it acts this way, re-download the latest Mach3 lock-down version and reload that profile. If it still has the same problems, you might have to go through all the settings and correct them. When you have something that works as it should, save that XML file in a safe place.
