Two different power supplies keep blowing fuses

    Hi,

We have 2 x 36V 10Amp power supplies (not at the same time) to run 3 x Nema 23's.

Untill recently they ran without issue, but a couple of days ago when one blew an internal fuse. We replaced, and again within minutes it blew.

We then replaced it with the other power supply, which ran fine for a couple of days and now this one has blown a fuse too.

We opened both of them up, and tested with new fuses and nothing else connected. Both blew, with sparks coming from the same component on both, the rectifier (D10XB60).

Has anyone else had any issues like this before?
