The aftersales services from Jinan Yihai is not there. I purchased the machine from wendy. I paid a premium for the machine with servo motor (panasonic) + ball screw. The problems from the machine were:-
a) I paid for water tank and the water go directly to the floor as the drainage they provided is too short
b) The table is not flat as much as 2mm. This is unacceptable
c) The machine cannot cut a decent circle. backlash compensation doesn't help
d) The machine give loud braking sound. Presumably that it is not calibrated
e) The Z supposed to move 10mm but it went down 20mm instead. Again there is no calibration to the motor
f) The motor cannot move as fast as they claimed. The feed rate at most is 400mm per min
g) The water sprink leak

I put a dial indicator to measure the actual distance when I entered the gcode.
Below is the observation of the problem when the dial, DRO are set to ZERO

I am using Mach3 USB and tried backlash compensation but did not work. member that has good experience please assist.
