    mechanical
    5x10
    acme screw on gantry
    rack and pinion on x
    zap series z with swap out plate for 3hp techno motor(later)
    rollon compac 63mm rail and trucks
    gantry made out of 3x3 80/20

    electronics
    viper servo 4 pole servo
    g320x drive
    breakout board?
    smoothstepper
    proma torch height controller

    plasma
    hypertherm 45

    water table
    custom pan
    2 55 gallon barrels
    same set up as desert fab works

    extras
    putting pallet racking over plasma table extending 6 foot past table weld it together and make gantry crane along rails for loading or unloading


    how it will be used
    im a college student that is selling a lot of random product from 3/16 to 18 gauge and im spending on average $200 a week paying a freind to use his cnc plasma the sooner the better and im planning on putting about 20 hours a week on it when its done. eventually i would like to use it as a cnc router to make chuck boxes out of my own milled oak slabs.
