Mach 3 and TB6560-3v2 Red PCBA issues

    Hello All,

I'm embarking on the first chapter of DIY cnc, and in doing so I made the mistake of already purchasing a tb6560-3V2 controller which has been quite a headache.

So I'm turning to anyone with experience with mach 3 and this controller. I've tried a lot of different configurations in mach 3 for this board with no movement or locking of the motors. Nothing gets hot, and I only get one red LED next to the y axis dip switches to light up when powered.

Here are my settings in Mach 3 and the set up of the motors and board. My PC I'm using is a refurbished Dell GX620 with windows 7 32 bit OS. Power supply is a 24V 15A and the motors are nema 23 minebea motors(see image)

Thanks for any input you can provide me with. Anyone with a solution to my problem will have the opportunity to get a 3d printed part, just send me the file and I would be more than happy to trade help for a bit of ABS (volume 5x5x5 inches it's an afinia printer) for help with this.

Re: Mach 3 and TB6560-3v2 Red PCBA issues

Update: found that voltage drop between pin 1 and pin 25 is 3.3v. And I' think I read that this board requires 5V logic

Here are my findings for voltage drop between pin 25 and the following pins when mach is reset (pin# - voltage)
    1-3.3v 2-0v 3-0v 4-3.3v 5-0v 6-0v 7-0v 8-0v 9-0v 10-4v 11-4v 12-4v 13-4v 14-3.3v 15-4v 16-3.3v 17-0v 18-0v 19-0v 20-0v 21-0v 22-0v 23-0v 24-0v 25-ground

    Do you want a 3 d printer?
Print a little big size, do you think spend how many money can do?
Generally our own printer to do the biggest size is 300 * 230 * 160 mm
