    Fanuc 31i manual movement

    I need help. I have a G&L HBM we are pulling the head off to scrape in the ways. My question is, with the scale head removed how do I override the error to manually move the headstock? To clairify, I need to manually move the ballscrew to move the headstock nut up and out of the way. Is there a way to do this from the controller and can I override the scale error alarm?

    You maybe able to disable the scales, check the Keep relays listing.
