    Mastercam 5 Axis Swarf

I am trying to do a 5 axis program for a vacuum formed part. I'm running mastercam x4 and using a Thermwood c67dt to machine. A swarf really is the best toolpath option for the parts perimeter trim. One of my biggest problems i think is that i'm using a post processor updated from mastercam9. It works, kind of. When i post the swarf everythings runs as it should except for axis c. It rotates from 359.994 deg to 0.006 deg, which is the same position. but it causes the machine head to rotate back and forth constantly. The machine will move along the toolpath as expected but every 0.25" or so the c-axis will rotate 360 deg. If i had any tooling there it would crash into it. I'm trying to figure out if this is mastercam or my post processor or both. Is there a way to limit a specific axis in mastecam? I would be willing to trying tweaking the post processor but I would be a total nubie at it, though i would love to learn. Any help would be apreciated! And don't say, "Get a new post processor." because the boss isn't going for that.
